TERMS OF LOAN
You can use this section to download press images for current, future and past exhibtions. This facility is only available to the press. To gain access to this section you will need to register to get a unique password. Contact Janette Scott or Sarah Davies on +44 (0)20 7713 1400 or js@artangel.org.uk if you have any questions.
By downloading any of these images you are agreeing to the following terms of loan. If you do not agree to any of the below please contact Janette Scott, Head of Press and Publicity as above.
PRESS IMAGE TERMS OF LOAN
The attached image(s) are accepted by you under the following terms and conditions:
- These images can be used to support any preview or review on the respective project for the duration of the project or at any other time by prior agreement with the Head of Press and Publicity. Permission to use these images after the project dates is not valid unless otherwise agreed.
- That the reproductions are accompanied by the name of the artist, the title and date of work and photocredit.
- That the reproductions are not cropped, overprinted, tinted or subject to any form of derogatory treatment, without the prior approval of the copyright owner.
- That the images are only reproduced to illustrate an article or feature reviewing or reporting on the project with the given title and dates (section 30(i) and (ii) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).
- That any reproductions that accompany an article are not used for marketing or advertising purposes.
Front Covers
The use of images for front covers should be agreed with the Press Office prior to use.
